アジア国際法学会日本協会 2018年度研究大会

  大会テーマ:試されるアジアと国際法

 今日のアジアは、いずれの分野においてもかつてないほど困難な国際法上の課
題に直面している。それはアジアが元来多様である上に、世界的な発展を遂げた
ことの証でもある。政治、経済、社会、文化における相互の関係が深化、拡大す
ることで、ローカルな課題が、国境を越えて地域的にも、国際的にも複雑に絡み
あい、これらを一層、複雑なものとしている。ビジネスのグローバル化、情報ネ
ットワークの進展の中で、世界経済を牽引するまでになったアジアの目覚ましい
成長に伴い、国際法や国際制度の成熟も期待されるようになってきている。アジ
アの地域的な枠組みの中で、国際法はこうした課題にどのように対処することが
できるだろうか。
